As always, Cracker Barrel delivers. Great food and great service. I tried a new offering of shrimp and grits. It's absolutely awesome. The cajun sauce was just spicy enough. The grits and shrimp were cooked to perfection. Friend had the country boy breakfast.

My second time at Cracker Barrel (had a wonderful experience the first time at a different location). Loved it. Food was amazing. Hash brown casserole, fried apples, chicken tenders were finger licking good. 30 min wait for the table was worth it. Can’t wait to go back again and try different food. Service was second to none.

I recently placed a to-go order from Cracker Barrel in Gardendale, and while the service was impressively swift and the hostess was quick to assist, the food quality and order accuracy were severely lacking. My salad was prepared with bacon and cheese, despite specifically requesting otherwise. Additionally, no silverware or napkins were included, even though I had asked for them. The vegetables in my order were cold, and the bread was not provided correctly. I understand that mistakes happen, but when multiple issues arise in a single order, it clearly indicates a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Cracker Barrel has always been known for its commitment to taking care of its customers, but this experience was far from that standard. What happened to the Gardendale location?
