Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Flawless food, not messy, drippy or sloppy in anyway. It was genuinely perfect as you can get for Greek food. Taste and flavors hit like a truck and I loved it. The hot sauce on the side was excellent too and really added to the flavor profile.

I ordered the spinach and feta Manakeesh as my appetizer, but it served uncooked in the center. For my entrée, I got the Cave Combination Kabob Plate. I clearly asked for the lamb to be cooked medium-well, yet it was served almost medium-rare and had no flavor at all. This was a very disappointing experience.

It was our first time eating here in Liberty. The food was amazing! Highly recommend trying it out! They told us it used to be Jerusalem Cafe'.
