Absolutely the best food truck in Alaska! We’ve been loyal fans of Crepes De Paris since 2019, and it’s hands-down our favorite spot in Anchorage/Girdwood. Their crepes are unbeatable, always made with high-quality ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and you never get tired of them no matter how many times you go. Crepes de Paris AK is one of my favorite places in girdwood! They have an amazing buckwheat option which is gluten free, and I have never had a gluten reaction from their food! I consider them one of the gluten safe restaurants. Recently I went and they were out of gluten free batter until later in the day, I came back and they had sold out! They remembered I had been there earlier and made more gluten free batter for us to enjoy an after hike crepe! This truck will always be my recommendation for gluten free eats!! * the smoked salmon crepe was amazing!!!
