I placed a pick up order at 5:30pm for a 6:15 pick up. I arrived at 6:25pm and said I had a pick up order and gave my name. The kid at the front looked confused and didn't come back to tell me if they had it or were making it. I waited 20minutes for them to make my bowl and they proceeded to serve 5 people before even addressing me. No apology for the inconvenience and I paid $18 for this bowl. I won't come back here.

terrible service. ordered on-line. i arrived 10 minutes later after it was expected to be ready. stood by the checkout and was ignored by several employees. i then walked up to an employee, the food wasn’t made. when they handed me the food didn’t say one thing. serious management issues. My wife’s greek bowl was made incorrectly and with buffalo chicken. Also check out the photo of my $16 wrap. How is this place in business? UPDATE: their customer service follow up for order issues is a complete joke. Filled out the form as they instructed in their comment to my review. Did NO GOOD. They sent some joke of a message about offering enough rewards point for a free cookie. I’m sorry but a $50 order that is completely messed up and inedible should warrant a FULL REFUND PLUS A FUTURE DISCOUNT AT MINIMUM. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. We will never order from here again and I suggest you avoid this particular location as well.

I ordered 2 açaí bowls at 3:21pm on 1/1/26 and it had a 22 min lead time. The app and confirmation email said it would be ready at 3:43. I showed up at 3:40 and they hadn’t even started it. I watched 4 customers get helped and a doordash order get made before i got my order. 2 employees were making orders for in store while another was mopping. I saw one in the back who i assumed was making my bowls. I asked again about my order at 3:50 as it was nearly 10 mins past my pickup time, and i had just watched them help others and the dude mopping was sitting on his phone. She said “they just finished it” took 10 more mins for my order to be given to me. If you have a 22 min lead time and you haven’t even started an order at that point then why not make it 40 bc that’s how i long i waited. i work food, i know it gets busy and sometimes online orders are not the priority but if you have 4 people working and im watching two people run the front line and make salads in 1-2 mins and cash people out then its ridiculous that you couldn’t have made it in the 22 mins after i ordered it. multiple times i’ve had issues with this location and timing/order accuracy. I figured 5 months later it’d be a little better. very disappointed that i paid $28 to wait 40 mins and on top of that my açaí was like mixed with ice chips and the bananas were brown.
