Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Haven't been eating this way long, but I love how it's going because these guys and ladies do a great job preparing everything I need and want in my bowl to be satisfied. Salad has never been greater.

The wild wild Southwest salad was awesome. Perfect balance between flavors, lettuce, and other toppings. The dressing had a little spice, but not too much. It was really good. The raspberry lemon refresher was a great drink to go along with it. The service was kind and friendly, and the inside was super clean. Great job! Thanks for the great food and service!

I’ve eaten at Crisp & Green enough times now that I feel comfortable leaving an honest review. I come here at least once—sometimes a few times—a week, and I’ve been doing so consistently for about the past month. The food itself is good. I genuinely like the concept and the flavors. That said, good food alone doesn’t make up for poor service, passive-aggressive attitudes, and portions that keep getting smaller. After today, I honestly have to reconsider whether I’ll be returning. There is a woman—who I’m assuming is in upper management—wearing a black shirt with face piercings and tattoos, and she has had a consistently unpleasant attitude every single time I’ve come in. Today she served me directly, and it was no different. It’s uncomfortable and off-putting, especially for someone who frequents the establishment and spends good money there. The portions are also shockingly small—smaller than anywhere else I’ve eaten. Chipotle is literally right next door, and even their notoriously stingy portions don’t compare. At least at Chipotle, you feel like you’re getting something for your money, and for less cost. I don’t mind paying for quality, but I do mind paying premium prices for barely any food. If you plan on being a regular here, you’ll need to be okay with inconsistent service and, frankly, some pretty poor attitudes. Not everyone who works here is like that—but unfortunately, most of the interactions I’ve had have not been pleasant. With the amount of competition out there nowadays, customer service and value matter. And right now, that’s where this place is falling short.
