Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

It's so disappointing that this location has no commitment at all with doing the things right, I've ordered twice during the last month my usual bowl and they're always missing the roasted chicken, the most important part pf the bowl!!! I even ordered one last week and the chickpeas were missing too, this is ridiculous, they're missing stuff we pay! I always contact Doordash/Ubereats support but this is unacceptable, 3 times about the same issue? Employees are useless

The Wild Wild southwest salad is delicious. It has a light, tasty kick and the cheese makes it perfectly creamy. The portion is generous and the chicken is always juicy. One of my favorites!

Stopped into Crisp and Green on a weeknight after doing errands. I ordered the Cobb salad, and when going through the line the worker informed there were "no more avocados." She pointed to the empty bin, and said I could choose another vegetable. (Had I known this beforehand, I would have chosen another salad because I had a craving for avocados) Minutes later, as I was eating my dinner, I saw the same worker adding avocados to 3 salads from separate mobile orders!!! Interestingly enough, the customer behind me ordered a squash salad. After assembling the ingredients, customer asked politely if more squash could be added since there was "barely any on there." The same worker told her they would have to roast more and it would be a 20 minute wait; resulting in a mad scramble to roast more squash for the waiting customer. While the restaurant was basically empty, there were a few mobile orders coming in so it's not like they were overly busy. The staff seemed annoyed and inconvenienced they'd have to actually prepare more vegetables (During the dinner hour! At a salad bar!) So not only did they lie about availability of the avocados, they skimped on ingredients and behaved unprofessionally when confronted. This is an assembly-line type of restaurant so it's not like I'm expecting an elaborate sit-down dinner experience. At bare minimum you'd want consistent food with accommodating customer service, not omitting ingredients and bad attitudes. Considering the 10-plus restaurants in the immediate vicinity, would not recommend. Not going back.
