Crisp and Green

I’ve been going to this store regularly since I moved to Woodbury. They used to have a friendly manager but he has left for a long time. On February 13 2026 evening I visited the store and asked if they could honor the reward on points that were not collected last time. Their reward system constantly fail. I was told they could not do anything on it. Not only that, their female manager that day was very rude. Refuse to give points back and cut my burrito very badly. This place is bad go to cafe Zupas service it’s much better there and they don’t miss points lol

I ordered door dash through the app tonight…. I did this the week before with no problems. I ordered the fiesta bowl and paid extra to add the butternut squash. This has to be a joke the bowl is half full. With DoorDash it adds and extra $10 plus dollars plus tip …why would it be less than what I get when I go into the store. Y’all need to train your ppl better. Tell them to make the bowls the way they would want it. I highly doubt any one would be ok with this little of food…especially when in paid extra for extra veggies. The wild rice is also extremely undercooked. Seeing the 3/4 of the bowl I had was rice it’s inedible. I won’t be coming back…I’ll go to Zupas where they know how to make a to go bowls. Added the untouched food.

We usually always pick up but decided to do delivery. Used the Crisp and Green app which unfortunately doesn’t have a way to contact DoorDash when something is wrong. The DoorDasher brought me the wrong order. When I called back to tell her it wasn’t my order.. she basically said she doesn’t know what to do and did nothing to help. I called Crisp and Green since I couldn’t contact DoorDash support. Sarah answered and was really nice on the phone and said she’d contact them for me. A few minutes go by and she calls back saying they remade my order and Sarah delivered the order herself. I was really shocked and grateful she did that. As always, food was great. Fresh ingredients, great portions.
