Shawn and Morgan absolutely killed it today!! They both helped me customize an amazing salad and even let me try some of a leftover smoothie from one they just made to make sure I liked it before getting one. I sat in the lobby (very clean by the way) with a friend for about an hour and half just enjoying the atmosphere. This place was REALLY busy for only two people, and it was nonstop! Everyone got excellent customer service which was really impressive considering these two were swamped! If no one else saw you guys busting your ass we did and we appreciate it!! We will both definitely be coming back, especially if those two are working!

It felt like I was inconveniencing their day by coming in to order a salad. When I asked for cabbage for a base instead of lettuce, I was told no (this is what I typically get on the regular). After I asked why they couldn’t, 2 employees started whispering to each other in front of me. She then silently added cabbage as the base. Upon checkout, I realized I was unknowingly charged for 5 additional add ons of 60 cents each, totaling $3. This was not made known to me until I asked for a receipt and she begrudgingly gave me one. Disappointing as this used to be my favorite salad chain. Has clearly gone downhill since I started coming.

Came in for dinner tonight and all three workers, two gentlemen and a female, were extremely helpful. I couldn’t decide on what to eat and was given the squash goals salad as a recommendation. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Will definitely be coming back!
