I love the menu options and food from Crushed Red, so much so that when I’m in the area, I prioritize patronizing the restaurant. While the food quality is typically exceptional, I have been very disappointed in the take out orders that I have picked up in the recent weeks. If you order pickup, check that your order is correct before leaving the restaurant! I paid additional to add protein (chicken) to my salad and each time, though charged for the protein, there has not been any protein added to the salad.

On top of that, the customer service was top-notch… The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish… The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or a special night out… Highly recommend!

Great customer service by both the cashier and the gentleman making our food tonight. The employee making our food was thorough and had a great memory because he was asking back and forth if any of the customers wanted any changes to their salad after ordering. He was very efficient at making the salads 🥗. Salad was tasty. Margherita pizza had a lot of pesto on it and very little red sauce, if any. We also ordered the goat cheese shareable, which I highly recommend because it comes with enough bread and pita chips for at least 2 people. My husband and I had regular salads, a pizza and the shareable goat cheese dip, and we still left with leftovers.
