We had such a great experience here! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made us feel comfortable right away and checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised that there was no wait time — we were seated right away, and everything came out quickly and efficiently. The black garlic tonkotsu ramen was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich and full of flavor, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and generous. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency. Overall, a fantastic spot for a satisfying meal. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We were greeted by warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere immediately upon walking into the restaurant, the waitstaff was friendly and made us feel right at home. We consider ourselves to be pretty particular about ramen, and boy oh boy… Cube Ramen and Asian Cuisine knocked it out of the park! You can tell they care about every ingredient in your bowl/on your plate. The takoyaki came out fresh and piping hot with a perfect balance of savory and a touch of sweetness. While we both ordered the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and the broth was absolutely delicious as prepared, one of us added four heaping scoops of chili oil and some seasoning to the bowl and… Wow. 😋 🤤 We also ordered some plum sake (hot, of course!) and it may have been the best sake we’ve ever tried. We’ll be raving about this spot for a while, and it’s definitely our designated date night spot now. Highly, highly recommend!

Hands down my favorite ramen spot. I live far from Olympia but anytime I’m out that way I make it a point to stop here because it’s THAT GOOD. The noodles are perfect consistency, creamy flavorful broth, and the pork is so tender it almost melts in your mouth. Service is always attentive and prices are good for the portion and quality you get :)
