I love cupbop ... we ordered the $15 combo...however...we asked for it "sloppy" but it didn't come that way... the mandoo that we ordered also didn't come with teriyaki...when I went and ask for some...the associate said she only had 2 small cups for the 4 of us...not sure if this is standard practice for all cupbops. Also, spice level 5 seemed like it was a 3...tons of rice and little noodles as well...

We LOVE this restaurant and this location. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I’m sure the owners specifically look for employees like this. We once had a kind staff member but my kid an ice cream they offer here because it was her birthday. My kids, who are picky, love it as well. There are ways to modify the food to be easier on kids who have a less exploratory flavor palette. Kids meals are only $3.99!
