Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

A friend brought me here and I’m so glad they did. It’s an owner-chef restaurant with a clean, modern atmosphere and an open kitchen. It was really nice being able to see the chef working. The kitchen was absolutely spotless. The interior design is tastefully done, and you can tell a lot of thought and detail went into building the space. The food was absolutely amazing. The curry was fantastic and the sandwich was awesome. We devoured everything and left very happy. I’ll definitely be back with my family. Awesome restaurant. Highly recommend!

Been here a few times and always gotten great food and great service. This ricotta gnocchi is hands down my favorite. Absolutely worth every penny! And its location is super convenient. Just killing time between my yoga class and my nail appointment, all in the same shopping center! And having the BEST lunch while waiting makes this day feel so much more relaxing and luxurious!

I finally got to try the new dining concept Danbi last night with my husband and mom — and we all agreed it’s going straight into our regular rotation. Don’t be fooled by the modest location or unassuming exterior. The Michelin-star-trained chef is creating dishes that are not only full of flavor but also super healthy — no seed oils, beautifully balanced, and nourishing. The interior is small with a fast-casual vibe — I’d compare it to a Gusto — but the food quality is absolutely fine dining. Green Goddess Kale Salad – Clean, addictive, and Whole30-friendly (just skip the quinoa). I could eat this every night. Seasonal Beet Salad with Figs & Apple – Holy moly, this was incredible. Chef served the feta on the side since I’m lactose intolerant, and it still blew me away. Wild Striped Bass – I was nervous this might be bland, but it was perfection. Cooked in avocado oil and served in a lemon caper sauce — I’ll be craving this again soon. The capers were large but not overly salty — almost nutty and absolutely delicious. Cauliflower Mash Sirloin Steak – Perfectly cooked. My husband, who never chooses cauliflower anything, loved the mash. Packed with flavor. Beet Smoothie – We enjoyed this as a palate cleanser, but it would also be a great breakfast or light lunch. Full-flavored and refreshing — though maybe not for those sensitive to texture. Coco Flan – My husband and mom aren’t usually flan fans and were hesitant to try it, but they loved it! —— Update: 08/2025 Still a solid 10/10 — just adding more pics this time. We always seem to start by splitting the beet salad, and it’s still as flavorful as ever. Whatever dressing is on the arugula is outstanding, and I love the combo of beets, figs, and citrus. The new scallop risotto was perfectly cooked, beautifully balanced, and honestly a steal at $27. The chicken shawarma wrap special with potato salad was served warm and packed with flavor — a fun, unique take on the dish that we really enjoyed. For the kale salad, I added salmon. I’ll admit, I thought the salmon might be dry at first glance, but it was cooked to absolute perfection — moist, flavorful, and spot-on.
