I am not gf, but I have quite a few friends that are. I've worked with Jen from dedicated. for custom cakes twice now, once for my wedding and once for my graduation party. Both times have been a great experience, they are very accommodating and pleasant to work with. You know it's good cake when the folks who aren't gluten intolerant still look forward to eating the cake and there's none left over at the end of an event! Not to mention, the vibes and local arts representation make this place a Tucson staple. Highly recommend.

I came here for the first time and got a blueberry “pop tart style” pastry and I have to say it was by far one of THE BEST gluten free treats I’ve had in my 14 years of being gluten free. You could the filling was made from real food ingredients and it was so fruity and perfect and the crust was the perfect, buttery and flaky that you’d expect in a treat like this. Almost croissant like but thinner and then it had a delicious glaze style frosting - perfection. 10/10 SO good. The bakery had a very nice selection of different treats - even a King Cake for Mardi Gras. They also offer gluten free sandwiches. I only can speak to the pastry I ordered but if everything else is as good as that then I’d say it’s a pretty good find. Pricing is kinda on the higher side but also not all that uncommon for when it comes to gluten free. I think its interior is a bit drab & dated so it’s not necessarily an aesthetic place so I took my food to go - but everyone was very polite and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

Confusing as to where the entrance is located. Once figured out, then it wasn't so bad. Carrot cake muffin was good for a sugar free muffin. I stopped in because my BFF is on a gluten free diet and they had a blueberry gluten free muffin, and I promised I would see her before I left AZ, w breakfast in hand. The service - they only had one person behind the counter. Thankfully I had the time needed for waiting while the customer ahead of me had their order completed. Still a little frustrating. But good overall atmosphere. Clean, open, and a decent amount of space in the seating area.
