Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Great food and great service. Julia was really helpful and helping us navigate what to order! Had the Adjaruli boat bread as a starter. So good! Then lamb Kababi and lamb and pork Mtsvadi. I would do 2 order os the kababi and go with the pork Mtsvadi next time. Super delicious baklava and honey cake and topping that off with the Turkish coffee. Super delicious meal and great way to experience some traditional food without the plane trip.

Beautiful place! Amazing Georgian cuisine! The place is stylish and cozy. We had chicken (with salad) ginkgo and khachapuri. If we weren’t driving we would definitely have Georgian red wine! We need something like this place in Seattle! Table reservations are highly recommended, though they found a table for us two on a Tuesday evening. They also have a big room for private parties.

Absolutely amazing food. The cheese bread is worth a visit alone. Everything was so bright and flavorful. I'm usually not a huge beet fan, but the beet spread was such a treat. The amber wine was also unique and interesting. We'll definitely be back.
