By far my favorite option for Chinese in the Rock Hill area. Better flavor & indoor seating than other places. Portions are good without being excessive. Everyone I've taken has enjoyed their food over other places in the area. My personal favorite is the chicken lettuce wraps (w/o peppers!). Parking is tight, but worth the effort.

We were weary travlers looking for some good Chinese food along I77. Delicacy didn't disappoint. The food was awesome as well as the service. I look forward to coming back when we are in the area next time. 5 Stars.
