Nice spot in Providence with decent food. You order at the counter, which is fine, but after that, service is pretty much nonexistent — had to get up to ask for water myself. Still, the food was good enough for a solid 4 stars

Overall a great experience. I’ve seen a few reviews about the noise level and ambiance, however that was not an issue for me. I will say, the staff working tonight were very loud. As far as the food, everything was pretty good. The gyoza were underwhelming flavor-wise. The chicken karaage was fried well. The Korean ramen had a really good base. The spicy pork bibimbap could use a little more meat but overall tasted good. The green tea ice cream took a few bites to get into but was good. Pork Gyoza 6/10 Chicken Karaage 8.5/10 Korean Ramen 9/10 Spicy Pork Bibimbap 8/10 Green Tea Ice Cream 7/10

Great food! I got the hot stone bibimbap bowl with egg and beef, very tasty. This location is more of a food hall/cafe style of service. You pick your seat, order from the menu at the counter, this includes your drinks too. Then they will bring the food to you. They are also very good at refilling your water if that is what you are drinking and taking away dirty dishes. If you are looking for a casual place to grab some quick food, especially for a lunch break or takeout, then I would recommend but still be prepared to wait up to 20 minutes for certain dishes. Some come out super fast, like the appetizers and small plates, others take a little extra time but the staff did inform me ahead of time that my order wouldn’t be out as fast as my friend’s vegetable dumplings.
