Honestly you need to stop here. Not only is Desert Smoothie the cutest food truck ever, the smoothies are truly outstanding. I’d consider it a must on your way to Zion Park, and maybe again at the end of the day… we LOVED the service and positive thinking “2027 best smoothie”. I’m pretty sure they should already be 2025 best smoothie. Also, the “door” is the front hatch. I mean come on…how cute!!!

This place is wow! The quality of the ingredients and the service are amazing. The flavors, wow! I'm so impressed that we were able to find this kind of quality literally in the middle of the desert. I'll be coming back each time I'm here for sure!
