Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Dillas is hands-down one of the best spots for quesadillas! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Their menu has great variety, and the portions are generous for the price. The staff is friendly and quick, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. Highly recommend if you’re craving something delicious and satisfying!

Before driving to work my 12-hour night shift last night, I stopped by to grab food. I hadn't been to Dillas for maybe 5 months or so. Going through the drive-thru, I got my order (gorilla Lone Star) literally within 5 min of ordering it. I thought this was a bit strange since it takes me about that long to make my own very minimal quesadillas at home. Once I got to work and opened the box up, it all made sense... The dillas were dry, hard, and clearly had been sitting out for at least an hour under a hot light. Is this was $25 gets you now?

Quesadilla was good but they severely over seasoned the fries and some of it rubbed off onto the quesadilla making it less ejoyable. Service was good. Place is small and the restroom was not clean
