Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Fantastic food and amazing service. We had the sampler appetizer, and it was fresh and tasty with 4 sauces to try. The dumpling sauce was my favorite. We got orange beef and sha cha beef as entrees, both came with rice, salad, and delicious hot and sour soup. Portions were nice. My orange beef is some of the tastiest and most tender I’ve ever tried. My SO’s sha cha beef was also delicious and tender. Had enough leftover for lunch the next day. Highly recommend Ding How if you’re on this side of town. Friendly, clean mom-and-pop atmosphere with great food.

Ordered the shrimp fried rice and the Singapore mei fun. Both are huge portions, the lady is super nice, and the food was prepared very quickly! The shrimps are HUGE. I compared the shrimp to my finger for reference. Both dishes are yummy!

Tried Ding How in Ridgeland and really enjoyed it. I had the hibachi chicken, and it was delicious—tender, flavorful, and served with tasty fried rice and veggies. The portions were generous, and the service was friendly. Great spot for solid Asian cuisine. I’ll definitely be back!
