Is it required to tip or something? Delivery driver did NOT want to hand over the pizza till there was a tip. He made comments about how nice out house was and how a tip isn't that much. What kind of service is that? It completely made my family uncomfortable. He even peeked inside our house as I tried to find some spare change for him to simply hand over the pizza.
