The service was impeccable! I got to meet one of the owners and she was the absolute sweetest! The complimentary bean dip and salsa were excellent with simply incredible flavor. I had the 7 Mares, which is a seafood stew with 7 types of seafood including fish, mussels, clams, crab, scallops and more. Personally, I make my seafood stew quite differently, Italian styles Cioppino! But at the cost, the value was great! I visit Williston about once a month and have found my go-to restaurant!

Food is always excellent! Service used to be excellent. Atmosphere is also declining. Tonight while I patiently waited for my Togo order I’m quite certain gangster rap started playing over the speakers…I wasn’t offended but I definitely wasn’t the only patron who noticed. Then my order required a translator which as you can guess lead to an error…unbeknownst to me until I got home. Upon my return the expo had zero customer service and essentially called me liar without directly saying it. “I’m going to be honest with you, I didn’t see that on your ticket.” he stated, as opposed to how he should have responded, “”I’m terribly sorry for the inconvenience, how can we rectify it?”” Upon realizing I wasn’t in fact lying the expo made no attempt to apologize. The order translator was very cordial as was the hostess. And several waitresses were concerned about my wait time, so great job to them, but that expo is inexcusable. My wait time was well over an hour. Expo lacks hospitality. Too bad the foods pretty good, I don’t know if it’s worth the hassle.
