Hours aren't accurate & when asked about the hours - the lady "working" the counter curtly told me they'd "had the same hours for the last 7 years." News flash lady- your customers don't know that. Maybe update your hours online? It says you're open until 9:30pm, you have multiple cars in the parking lot, and all of your lights were still on. Provide accurate information & less attitude, with better pricing on your mediocre tasting food & you might find it easier to retain a better customer base. Just some helpful advice from you know - your would-be customers. 🤷🏻♀️ EDIT: Glad to see you've finally updated your closing hours to 9pm after SEVEN years. 😏 Edit: to respond to the owners response: Right, because as an almost Level 8 Local Guide, I GPS'd to your restaurant, from the Dragon Bowl restaurant hours page... I wish I had screenshot your hours so I could call you on your BS right now. If I'd been looking at another company's hours, when I hit "directions" - it would have taken me TO THAT COMPANY. Not yours. But okay. All you're doing is doubling down on your shotty customer service, rather than apologizing & owning the terrible way she handled the situation. I didn't ask for any compensation & companies like this don't realize that sometimes all it takes is a "We're sorry for the 'mix up' & We'll do better to be more transparent & less abrasive at the end of long work shift." Rather than "Yeah no, YOU must have made the mistake & you're stupid. We're doubling down & don't care if you ever return to give us your patronage again." I'm never returning here & I'll be discouraging any & everyone I know from sending their money your way as well. Do better.

The best i have had in San tan valley .food is fresh. And cooked at the time you order it. Worth the drive to Coolidge. Service was slow to come to take are orders and not very professional. But can't wait to go back the food is that good 😋

We enjoy the food and we order about 4 times a year and every single time you guys make me drive back to get my sweet and sour sauce that goes on the chicken. Once is understandable but every single time? We also got no sauces for dipping or anything . When you’re spending about 100 on take out I’d expect better. Unfortunately we will no longer be ordering here any longer . Our food is always cold bc I have to drive 15 mins back to get missing food everytime .
