This is the only place in Springfield (that I know of) that offers solely 100% plant-based food. Thus, you better try it before their planned closure on June 30th. To me, the food felt very average. It tasted different, but there was nothing that special about it. The single employee who was working at the time was also inattentive. If you enjoy vegan food, you will probably love this place. It is pretty cheap and no place offers a menu like Earth’s Harvest.

I am so grateful to have vegan options in Springfield, and Earth's Harvest is no exception! If you want a little food-truck treat, this is the #1 spot to visit! If I'm being honest, the one critique I have is that the food prep is not always consistent. (Heard this from one other friend as well.) I like the haystack, recommend it, and it is delicious! However, sometimes I get it and it's a salad, and other times it's like chili and chips with a little bit of lettuce, so I always specify that I want it salad style. Soft serve is also yummy!
