Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I’m a foodie, so when I first learned about Ease Supper Club, I knew it was something I wanted to try. The only problem? I’m an introvert. The idea of sharing a meal with strangers and making small talk honestly made me back out but I kept receiving their event emails and couldn’t help but stay curious. The Asia Street Food event really caught my attention, so I reached out to Erika. I asked a few questions and admitted my hesitation. Her response was so genuine and kind that I bought a ticket. Unfortunately, work got in the way that day and I couldn’t attend. To my surprise, Erika still emailed me that evening to say she had been looking forward to meeting me and even planned to seat me with another first-timer. That level of thoughtfulness blew me away. Later, she invited me as a guest to the Oyster Bar event. At first, I declined (because I don’t eat oysters), but she reassured me there would be other seafood too so I accepted. The day of the event, I almost talked myself out of going again because of work stress. I’m so glad I didn’t. From the moment I arrived, Erika greeted me warmly and handed me a mocktail. The seating was intentional and welcoming, she introduced me to women at my table, and before I knew it, we were laughing, sharing stories, and enjoying every bite together. The dinner was held outside at The Baker in Argenta. The weather was perfect, the live band set the mood, and the atmosphere from the decorations to the candlelight was amazing. And the food? Absolutely phenomenal. I am officially a fan of oysters now (the chargrilled ones converted me!). The brown butter crab claws were seasoned to perfection, and the fried grouper was simply bomb. Every single dish was a 10/10. This experience pulled me completely out of my comfort zone and I loved every minute of it. For someone who usually just goes to work and goes home, this was a refreshing change.

This is my Park Hill dream come true! Such a an amazing, cozy restaurant. Erika and her staff are so kind and knowledgeable. You can tell a lot of intention went into creating this space. The food and wine were both amazing! I will definitely be a regular at the lovely Ease Bistro. 🍾🌟 …
