So extremely disappointed 😞. I was excited to get my meal based off of the pics and hype from the previous reviews and feel so lied to. The quality, presentation and taste of my food was less than to be desired for almost $50. The salad was wilted, soggy tomatoes, browning avocados and a sad container of dressing plopped down in the center of my food. The steak was bland and hard while the vegetables underneath it was overcooked and just like warm. I did enjoy my $9 smoothie... however, the entire experience was so underwhelming I couldn't even tell you what kind of smoothie it was. Totally wish I could go back in time and make a more epic food decision...sad day...

Service was great , very clean, and Atmosphere wonderful. Sancocho soup 🍲 to die for ,if you love a chunky soup here you go. The avocado chicken toast is awesome yummy 😋. Pumpkin pie shake is good. Carmel Apple crepe is absolutely delicious.

Eat and Evolve has quickly become my go-to place if I’m looking for a fresh, clean meal made with simple ingredients. The portions are large, and are sure to fill me up! The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say about the items I’ve tried here, but the steak bowl is my absolute favorite. Thank you to the Eat and Evolve family for providing Peoria with an extensive menu of healthy options everyone is sure to enjoy! Update/2nd Review: The Eat and Evolve team’s service continues to be among the best in the area. Isabella was extremely helpful and adjusted my requested modifications. I love the steak bowl, but today I branched out and tried the turkey taco bowl recommended by Preeti. It’s going to be hard to choose between the two moving forward!
