We had a party of 3 which came here on a weekend at around 6. It was empty enough where we got a seat quickly. I ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. Each persons meals came out 5 minutes apart. My drinks were never refilled. The fries were terrible. The burger was overcooked, dry and cold. The bacon was obviously not fresh. What’s really sad is the location and venue are beautiful, but the management, service, and chefs ruin it. Personnel builds success.

HORRIBLE service. Edible, but cold food. Fabulous atmosphere and music. I was really surprised this destination experience wasn’t packed… the weather, the water, and music made a perfect opportunity to meet friends for a late brunch/lunch. We found out the obviously not-so-secret reason: one personable bartender doing drinks and taking orders. She needed back-up! Took FOREVER for our food to come out and it was COLD! Guess the kitchen was short-staffed, as well. Maybe pre-heated plates with covers could have helped, I guess. When closing our tickets (NEVER run a tab), they were all confused and tried to charge three of the different people for other’s food/drinks. Better believe we’ll be checking our card online statement to make sure there weren’t any other charges. Sad because it has such potential. RESPONSE TO EDDY’S RESPONSE: We didn’t complain because we felt the situation hopeless. Making us wait forever, serving us cold food, then expecting us to make it right by complaining, is NOT the solution. Y’all should staff appropriately (since you know it can be busy). Someone should make sure you do not send out cold food. Regarding the check: we were NEVER supposed to be on one check. My guy and I were on his tab. My friend ordered next, gave her CC and said she wanted to run a tab, etc. Y’all putting us on one check when multiple cards were given is on the waitstaff.

Very cool place at Montgomery Whitewater. Ordered bar foods during our time at the skating rink. Excited to try to for a full meal or event in the future.
