Finding the perfect Banh Mi is a journey. For years, my go-to was a small shop off 152nd and Aurora, which even won "Best of Western Washington" in 2024 based on my nomination. However, since the original owner sold the business, the sandwiches haven't lived up to their former glory. Enter Eden Garden Café. Located in Richmond Beach, this spot serves the best Vietnamese food in the area. From the "off the charts" Grilled Pork Banh Mi to a Char Siu sandwich that my son considers the gold standard, every bite is impressive. Their pho is equally stellar, proving this isn't just a sandwich shop, but a culinary destination. I’m looking forward to nominating them for the 2026 King 5 awards this fall. This is a must-try restaurant! I just tried your steak sandwich today 02/14/2026 and my son and I thought there was too much meat, but my Mexican girlfriend absolutely loved your steak sandwich!!!!!!!!! You guys are off the charts regarding Banh Mi sandwiches! I really believe that you will have a significant chance to win the King-5 Best in Western Washington Vietmanese Sandwich contest in October this year! She asked that I share this great news online. I tried Vietnamese coffee and banh mi for the first time, and I’m obsessed! I ordered Salted Cheese Coffee - Banh Mi Pho - Authentic Cold Cut Combo . The coffee is incredibly bold with a strong caffeine kick — sweet, rich, and full of flavor, giving a serious energy boost. Absolutely delicious and perfect for anyone who loves an intense coffee experience. The baguette is crispy on the outside and soft inside, with the pâté and sauce adding so much flavor to the ham. I really enjoyed it — SO GOOD!!
