Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Despite it being super busy this morning, we only had to wait 20 minutes for our table. Our waiter was really friendly, despite it being extremely busy. We ordered the protein bowl and the ham steak with country potatoes, with bacon and hot chocolate. Both were delicious and the servings were huge (4 strips of bacon). (The ham steak was the size of my boyfriend’s face. 😂) The ambiance was comfortable and trendy and the service was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in town.

I have been going to egg plantation since grade school and the food is consistently great. It is a must try when you’re in Santa Clarita. I always go back each year just to have a white chocolate mocha (and they have expanded their latte options) Favorites include chilaquiles and avocado toast but they also have great breakfast burritos and French toast options. Highly recommend getting there early on a weekend because it can fill up fast if you sleep in.

I took two of my friends to this restaurant and we had a great breakfast. The meals are quite large so the two ladies I was with shared a meal. I had pancakes and eggs and let me tell you, the pancakes are huge. The service is good and during the week is not as crowded as on the weekends. They do offer a coffee while you're waiting outside. They have indoor dining and patio dining. I wish we had tried the patio dining because they did have heaters, but inside was just fine.
