El Dorado Mexican Restaurant and Grill

This place wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't the best. Food was decent; although the chips definitely didn't seem very authentic. Felt like they were straight from a bag; lots of teeny-tiny chips that had been crushed up and served to us. Prices were pretty reasonable. Although i had a $2.08 charge, for somethimg im unsure of. But the service wasn't great. So I didn't bother asking what the charge was for. Honestly, there were so many vacant tables, that I expected the service to be quick. However, it was sooooooo slow. My family of 5 were waiting forever for our check, so we eventually just stood up and started getting our coats on. Finally the staff noticed and proceeded to get the check to our table, after decidingto clean the table of plates 1st. It was ridiculously annoying. One gentleman staff member sat at a table with what appeared to be his friends. He thanked us for coming from the booth seat, as his "friends" cursed and laughed together. Definitely not a good representation. Probably won't return

Food is great. The cheese dip is actually thick and not watered down like most places. It's delicious. Drinks were strong and service was excellent.

This restaurant has always been great even when they were in their small old building. They are now in a new strip mall, have outdoor seating and a great new menu with pictures. The owner will always come talk with us when we get there. Haven’t ever had any thing bad from here! Love the dip sampler and britia tacos. If your looking for amazing Mexican food, this is the spot to hit!
