The female employee at the restaurant today is a liar and has horrible belligerent service to customers. I placed an online order on THEIR website linked on Google Maps and when we went to pick it up, they claimed that this is not their website and wouldn’t refund or make the order. The lady got very belligerent, refused to listen, and continually lied that this was not their restaurant, saying that it was a halal restaurant next door even though it is on their restaurant’s page with their menu items. The order was then cancelled after we left, proving that they do have control over their own website and that they lied for some bizarre reason. Attached is evidence of the purchase and their ordering system. If the online ordering system is down, just say that, apologize, and refund or make the order. Shouting and lying is not the way to treat a paying customer.

I called over the phone to pick up and the experience was amazing ! the lady had my order ready and on point ! She was so friendly and caring i asked for ketchup and she gave me a small container with out a problem , the food here is delicious i always get delivery the “chicharrón de pollo sin gueso” is Amazing ! I’m not a fan of beans unless they are really good ,but this place the beans here are on Point !! The best place around this area Thus far i swear !!! 5 Stars!!!!!
