El Sombrero of Vicksburg

I love the architecture of this building. It is a big place that is very well designed and decorated. The food and service were good. I am from Georgia (passing through) where smoking is banned in restaurants so it caught me by surprise when I saw people smoking at the bar. The bad part is that we had to walk through it to be seated and to leave.

A very convenient location to our hotel. Very lively atmosphere but not overly loud. The service was excellent, as well as the food. Very generous portions on top of that. The beer selection was good and served with chilled glasses that made the beer even better. Wish we had one of these near me in Georgia! Highly recommend.

The food was good, service was excellent, and fast and I felt very reasonably price. It was decent Mexican food, I wouldn’t call it authentic. I felt the rice I had was buttered rice and Mexican rice. I would also like the option to have different taco or even a single taco all I saw on the menu was dinners of three. Just my opinion, I would recommend in a pinch.
