A great place to get food and drinks, especially with the Wednesday special, 2 for 1 margaritas. We were greeted with tortilla chips, salsa (individual bowls) and a bean dip with white cheese. The food was good, kind of reminded me of a Casa Ole restaurant. The prices were pretty decent and the service was great, especially the day before Thanksgiving.

Of all the Mexican restaurants in the area this is my favorite by far. Overall a solid experience. One of the best shrimp quesadillas I've had anywhere. Cocktails are hand curated. Thankfully the margaritas are homemade and not neon green like other local places. Vera Cruz is on our list of regular visits.
