Excerpts

I wanted so badly for this to be a great experience! I met up with my bestie for dinner before catching a movie nearby. I’ve worked in this area for years but hadn’t been back in a while, and I know restaurants around here tend to change often. We spotted the sign for this place and decided to give it a try. The bar area was jumping definitely a happy hour crowd but we were seated right away, which was a plus. The dining area was much calmer and nicely laid out. I really liked that there was plenty of space between tables, so it didn’t feel crowded. After reviewing the menu, we were both surprised by how limited it was. Most Mexican restaurants usually offer a wider variety of options, but we decided to go with the chicken enchiladas. They only came with two no sides, so we added a side of rice and beans. The food came out quickly and was hot, which we appreciated. However, we both felt like the enchiladas were a bit light on the chicken and honestly, the flavor was pretty underwhelming. What a bummer, because I really thought we’d stumbled on a hidden gem. We didn’t get drinks or appetizers since we were short on time, but I will say the staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable for the area. I just wish the menu had more variety and the food packed a little more flavor. We chose to rate them 3 stars because the restaurant was nice and the staff was pleasant. I wasn’t able to get a lot of pictures.

Food was so delicious I’m rating before I finish my meal. Omg!!! We had the Nacho mamas and biría tacos. Perfection!!! The margaritas were small but so tasty and perfectly made. Definitely recommend.
