I recently visited Elephant Thai Cuisine and was blown away by how good everything was. The flavors were bold, authentic, and beautifully balanced exactly what you hope for in great Thai cuisine. The mango sticky rice was perfectly cooked with just the right mix of sweetness and tang, and the Green Curry had a rich, aromatic depth that made it hard to stop eating. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy without feeling crowded, and the food came out quickly, fresh, and piping hot. Overall, this is easily one of the best Thai spots I’ve tried. If you’re craving delicious, well-prepared Thai food with fantastic service, this place is absolutely worth a visit!

Very delicious food. Our food was made a little bit spicy than we asked for but they were gave us extra gravy to cover for the spices. Would eat here again.

Definitely check this restaurant out if you haven't visited there yet. Although located in a strip mall, the interior decor is beautiful and nicely done. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and flavorful. We had the combination pad thai, crab fried rice, and yellow curry beef. Just enough spice and they have additional sauces on the table to add more heat if desired. They seemed to already have "regulars" that frequently dine there and plenty of take out business. Easy parking, too. Great dining experience overall and look forward to visiting again.
