We walked in at around 12:30 and it was packed. They said it was a 25 minute wait, but we decided to wait. It was a great decision. We were seated and our waitress the lovely Vivian came and promptly took our orders. Havarti Hash was amazing. The Havarti paired really well with the peppers. The Saganaki (completely forgot to take a picture 😭) was tasty, but it may have been better if it was a little smoked. What stole my heart was the Feta fries. Despite being feta, it tasted creamier than normal feta cheese. Once we were finished with the main course we got the Date Ricotta French Toast and the Baklava French Toast were next to be ordered. Both desserts hit the sweet tooth well and were really well received. The food ended up being a little on the pricier side, but you could tell the chefs took great pride in their work. It's shocking that this place has only been around for a couple of months because everything has been phenomenal. This place is definitely worth a 5/5. Between the food, the amazing staff, and the atmosphere, I will definitely wanna come back.

Brunching at Elia’s Café never disappoints 🤍 Not our first time here and definitely won’t be our last. The food, the ambience, the staff, and the owner…everything is always on point. We had Wagyu & eggs, Hashed skillet with wagyu, plus a few other dishes and WOW… so flavorful and perfectly done. If you haven’t been yet, put this spot on your list. So good every single time!!

5/5 – Worth the trip from O’Hare and then some I was in Chicago for a work trip and a staff member at my hotel near O’Hare recommended Eliá Café in Park Ridge. Best tip of the whole trip. I ordered a cinnamon latte, the “First Date” latte, the Elia Stacks with pistachio sauce, and the Baklava French Toast. Everything was fantastic – the lattes were perfectly balanced, the pancakes with pistachio anglaise were rich without being heavy, and the baklava french toast was one of the best brunch dishes I’ve ever had. I even grabbed two of their fresh juices to go and those were excellent too. Service was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and one of the owners/managers stopped by our table to check on us and genuinely made us feel like family. The space is cozy, modern, and filled with natural light – exactly the kind of café I could see myself visiting every day (if not twice a day) if I lived nearby. I’ve been wanting to come back just to try more of the menu, especially the Havarti smash burger and Wagyu steak sandwich. I really hope they open a location in Southern California someday so I can work my way through the whole menu. Highly recommend Eliá Café if you’re anywhere near Park Ridge.
