Tonight we did my husband’s final birthday celebration. He had a lot of surprises this year and capping it off at Ember Lotus was a great way to close it out! The decor is beautiful! The food is fantastic and the sevice was lovely. I wish I had gotten more of the gauchos’ names as we had our favorite, but they were all wonderful. The cold bar (that pepper tuna) and the hot bar (that shrimp and crab toast) were devoured before the main event, the meats! I did not get any pictures of the meat as I was entranced by the variety of meats on swords. They are great about telling you the cut and the temperature so don’t be afraid to say actually I want this or that in a medium or a rare or whatever you like. The picanha was tender and flavorful (ask for the pieces with the char). The garlic sirloin dunked in the horseradish sauce was *chef’s kiss*. The biggest hit with my kids was the grilled pinapple. I’ve never seen them eat so much pineapple in their lives (honorable mention to the miso soup - 4 bowls, 2 kids!). Staff was great but special shout out to Gaucho Michael. So polite but also funny and very attentive. Overall a fantastic experience that I highly recommend. Come hungry and don’t forget the amazing cookies to end a delectable meal! And I almost forgot my Caipirinha! Tasty!

When you first walk in the beauty of this businesses foundation & architecture is absolutely stunning and I had to stop and just take it all in upon entry 🤩✨ Our first encounter was with the young man who was hostessing, he was kind & friendly and got us seated within 5 minutes! Our table was near the window and had so much space with comfortable chairs! Our table was clean and neatly organized with cutlery, plates & cloth napkins ✅ This isn’t our first rodeo on experiencing a Brazilian steakhouse but definitely our first mixture of Brazilian & Asian fusion! Beings we are pescatarian we didn’t partake in the “full experience” including Churrascaria style arrays of meat, but we did have so much more to choose from on the hot & cold bar buffet! Everything was fresh, delicious & flavorful! Very pleasant to my pallet for sure! Chefs 💋! Our waitress Michelle was personable, efficient & kind. We got to shake hands with the impeccable chef Corbin who offered us fresh cinnamon pineapple 🍍 Churrascaria style since we couldn’t experience the meat portion, we loved chatting with him! He was very kind, professional & personable. Lastly, we got to meet the amazing Whitney running the show amongst the business of dinner rush and still keeping everything together! She was absolutely lovely to talk with and open to our opinions and valued our input. It was also nice to know that a kind, compassionate & driven young woman is running this beautiful establishment because with a humbled & dedicated manager that trickles down to the all workers creating not only a wonderful place to eat & enjoy the glories of delicious food & drinks but also a wonderful place to work! Thank you for making my sister and I feel on top of the world! We celebrated my birthday and this was such an amazing way to bring it in!! We look forward to seeing you all again soon and enjoying all the delicious foods again!

I see many complaints about it not being a true Brazilian steakhouse. That's not what the owner was going for. Fusion means a mix. Don't expect a 100% Brazilian steakhouse. I lived in Brazil for seven years, and have been to numerous steakhouses down there. I knew what I was expecting, and was not disappointed. I like different things and trying new flavors. The food has been excellent both times that I've been There is a big variety of meat and you can request how you want it cooked. The hot food and salad bar are also amazing. Service, even better. The staff are all very friendly and do a wonderful job. The atmosphere is very nice as well. very clean,and organized. If you're lucky enough, you'll even get to meet and talk to Whitney, the owner, who is a delightful and amazing person.
