I tried the empanadas and churros from Empanash in South Lake Tahoe, and everything was fantastic. The ground beef empanadas were absolutely divine—rich, flavorful, and perfectly juicy. The chimichurri sauce paired beautifully with them and really elevated the experience. For dessert, I had the churros, which were crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked. The service was top-notch: friendly, fast, and welcoming. They also offer alfajores and mate tea, which adds an authentic touch. I highly recommend Empanash and will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely recommend if you're looking for a meal on your ski trip!! Partner and I got the 7 empanada combo for $50, and saved two for a pre-ski breakfast the next day. They were delicious both fresh and reheated the next morning. Some of the best empanadas we've had. Super nice service and fun seating area too! Thanks to the Empanash man, you were awesome!

Ordered their henhouse empanadas and enjoyed every bite of it. It blew my mind that they made these fresh and served them hot. Definitely worth the hype and would highly recommend it to anyone who’s visiting Tahoe! Their restaurant’s pretty quite and the service is excellent! Staff is friendly and is very helpful.
