The food was absolutely wonderful — full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Every bite was delicious, and you can truly tell they care about quality and presentation. Our server, Michaela, made the experience even better. She was incredibly polite, professional, and soft-spoken. Michaela was attentive, made sure everything was served promptly, and checked on us at just the right times without being overwhelming. Her calm and kind personality really stood out and made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Great food, outstanding service, and a warm atmosphere — we will definitely be coming back! After a long wait, Estella’s is open in Miller. The dining room is welcoming and the bar is well equipped with a full range of drinks, including numerous tequilas. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. In good weather, the front windows will open to the street, adding to the festive feeling. The specialty drinks are on point. We ordered a classic, spicy and specialty margaritas. They were prepared perfectly and they were tasty. The trio appetizer was authentic and perfect to share. For dinner we ordered a variety of tacos and quesadillas. They were perfectly prepared. The service was outstanding. Our server Wendy and Matt behind the bar teamed up to provide a seamless and pleasant customer experience. Try a variety of different meats, cheeses and toppings to optimize your tasting. Order the pickled vegetables - you will be glad you did. Was it worth the wait for this place to open? Absolutely!
