Came in close to closing time today and the lady preparing our bowls seemed annoyed. Was not friendly at all. We also told her thank you multiple times just to be completely ignored and not acknowledged. I have been to several locations and this is the only encounter I have had like this, so this was very disappointing. Hopefully management will acknowledge what climate this is creating and change it if they care about their customers.

Purchased 3 large acai bowls yesterday because we love this place. Taste was great but two of them were not filled at all the third was not to the top either but for the price I expect them to be filled as they usually are. Too expensive to not get the full product.
