Daryl’s chorizo bowl is a 10/10. Their vanilla latte is delish. Not too milky and still tastes like a coffee. Even just a drip coffee black coffee is great. Atmosphere is cozy, and the baristas are very friendly.

As a gluten free person, do you know the feeling of eating something and being worried you were given the wrong food because it tastes a little TOO good? That’s how I felt eating my bacon egg and cheese biscuit this morning. The flakey, light buttery experience was almost too convincing! My nerves were soothed by the fact that it disintegrated in my hands pretty quickly 😂 oh well, it’s gluten free - what can you expect! I’ve loved Exchange Coffee Co. since they opened. I even had my 14th birthday party here 10 years ago! They always are improving the quality of everything they make from biscuits and scones to cinnamon rolls and crepes I always feel like I have delicious options. (This is my formal request to be able to get more frosting on the side for cinnamon rolls lol). If you are familiar with Tandem Creperie in TR, and you’re underwhelmed by their gluten free crepes, you HAVE to try this place. And to top it all off, the staff here is wonderful! I notice how careful everyone is to keep things from being cross contaminated (within reasonable standards), and they are so sweet and helpful! Also, shoutout to Abby for being a sweet familiar face and remembering my name. 🙂↕️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exchange Co Coffee & Bakery in Simpsonville is such a gem! I absolutely love the biophilic vibe with all of the beautiful plants throughout the shop. The whole place smells amazing, is spacious, and kept very clean. The upstairs is my favorite spot—filled with greenery and plenty of open space to either get some work done or just relax and hang out. Can’t wait to stop back in the next time I’m in the area!
