Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

From the same people that brought you Ettan, this place is another fantastic restaurant. The interiors are beautiful, there is covered parking in the building, and the service was great. The drink was pretty good and stiff. I had the fried chicken as an appetizer and was sold - it looked simple but the taste was fantastic - and the aioli went well with it. The lamb chops were succulent, with a good portion of ghee rice (ney choru) that reminded me of fresh home made ghee rice. The frozen Shrikand was sweet but ok otherwise - because the freezing took away from both the taste and joy of eating soft Shrikand. Fantastic experience overall.

We celebrated our anniversary at Eylan and honestly had such a great experience. We did the vegetarian seasonal tasting menu — five courses, and it was very filling (we definitely didn’t leave hungry). The first course itself had five smaller bites, which I loved because you get to try so many things right away. They even had a vegetarian take on caviar that was surprisingly really good — creative and fun without feeling gimmicky. Everything tasted great and felt thoughtfully put together. The flavors were on point throughout. If I had to nitpick, the dessert was a bit too sweet for me personally, but still beautifully done. What really stood out was how special they made our anniversary feel. The service was warm and attentive, and they genuinely made the night memorable for us. Would absolutely go back.

Eylan has a nice vibe and presentation, but the flavors felt unbalanced to me. I especially didn’t like their overpowering tangy spurt tastes, which seemed to dominate rather than complement the dishes. Super liked mushrooms grill dish. Overall, it looked promising, but the sharp, tangy notes left the experience less enjoyable than expected. The servers and their Manager was very apologetic for the experience. I must say they should review their menu/taste of the dishes once again
