We tried to order food from Falafel Corner last night(01/26/2026). Went to go pick it up. Said there was no order there for us. Get this they ran my card through and I got charged. They gave our food to someone else. Didn't check the name. Wouldn't reverse the charge back. Wouldn't remake the order either. Needless to say we were mad and hungry. What a joke it was. Ugh! Terrible service

My past experiences with Falafel Corner have been overwhelmingly positive, and I've consistently been impressed with their service. Unfortunately, my most recent online order did not meet the usual standards. I specifically ordered curly fries and paid an extra dollar for them. However, when I opened my order at lunchtime, I discovered I had received regular fries. This substitution was not communicated to me at the time of pick-up. When I contacted the restaurant to discuss the issue, the only explanation offered was "Sorry, we are all out of curly," with no further action taken to address the discrepancy or provide a refund. While the monetary difference is minor, transparency and customer service in such situations are important.

The food here is GOOD but the portions can be small and tonight when I got my loaded fries the meat was cold and boyfriend got Greek salad with chicken and the salad was tiny for $12.99 he had to ask for more lol
