Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

What's nice about this place is they offer a 'hesitator plate', which is basically a combination on every individual food item on their menu, all in one plate. It gives you the chance to try a whole bunch of things in a single order Firstly, it's an absolute ton of food. This lasted me basically two meals, mostly due to the amount of protein on this plate - which includes chicken shawarma, beef gyro, and falafel Each of these was quite good. The chicken shawarma was marinated very well and quite juicy. The beef was pretty fatty and well-cooked. And, the falafel was nice and crispy on the outside. What was also nice was being able to eat this with the massive pita provided on the side, which was very thick and airy. You won't find this kind of pita at the grocery store As far as the rest of the stuff on the plate - it was more of a mixed bag. The purple slaw had a bit too much mayo in my opinion, and ended up too liquidy. The arab salad and pickled veggies were fine, but nothing too special. The hummus was a bit surprisingly plain. Coming to the sauces, I liked the aioli more than the tahini - which I thought was a bit too far on the nutty side The price for this plate is on the higher side - coming to around $20 after tax, but it is a ton of food, so can't complain too much Overall, I generally liked this place - the variety and portion sizes are good, and meats are quite enjoyable. Sides can be hit or miss though. 7.75/10

If you’re walking along the West Seattle waterfront (just 4 minutes away), this place is absolutely worth stopping by. Perfect when you want something quick, but still fresh, balanced, and light😍😍😍 The cozy vibe with all the real plants is such a nice touch. The falafel is crispy and fresh, and the shawarma plates are generous — meat, rice, salad, sauce — everything clean and flavorful. Prices are great, and they offer both vegetarian and meat options!!! Highly recommend if you want something tasty that won’t leave you feeling heavy.🤍🧡

They catered our wedding last fall and it was a huge success and so good!! So many guests told us this was the best food they've ever had at a wedding and the best Middle Eastern food they've had in Seattle! Multiple guests reached out after the wedding to ask who had catered and were very happy to hear they had a storefront! And Shimi was so kind and helpful!! We were genuinely overjoyed to be eating our wedding leftovers for the next week!!
