A wonderful gastropub in Blacksburg! I'd recommend anything on the menu that catches your eye - the ingredients are superior, very fresh, and presented in a gorgeous and flavorful final dish. A friend took me and, with delighted eyes, ordered things for me to try. I didn't think I'd be wowed by the chicken nuggs... but, oh my, they are flavor bombs: juicy, perfectly cooked, and seasoned beautifully for the adult palate - amazing! That set the expectation for the rest of the dishes which, I'm happy to say, were deliciously met. I always enjoy the salads and sides, and I look forward to trying the specials of the day. Now, I'm the one with delighted eyes when I take newbies to Featherbone! Don't miss their terrific cocktails, either - and they have non-alcoholic choices that are just as flavorful and gorgeous. Very cool place with a good vibe. Chicken Nugs are ridiculously good. The smash burger was also very tasty (would not consider what I think of a smash burger) but a very moist and well cooked cheeseburger. I will get aïoli on side or light next time but will be back. The seasoned fries are outstanding. Poutine was legit and if you are a whisky fan some of the best list I have seen in a long time. I also like the fact they add 20% tip for morale and to take care of staff. Everyone was smiling and friendly. Bathrooms were tidy. Get there early as it is not a big place.

That was the best chicken sandwich ever in the town. Very juicy, good enough tender and well balanced flavored. The service was also quite good, nice and helpful workers at all.
