Main Course: Cajun Ribeye w/chile rub (medium) Side: Loaded Garlic Mashed Potatoes Dessert: Chocolate Cake w/Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Raspberry Coolie I am a regular here and it is my favorite place to get a steak in Leesburg. I came here on a Friday around 5pm. It was busy but not packed and it was happy hour from 3-7. I sat at the bar and was greeted by the bartender. She provided me great service as usual. I decided to order the Cajun ribeye with the garlic mashed potatoes. The bartender suggested the loaded garlic mash and adding a chili rub on the steak. I followed her suggestion and I was not disappointed! The steak was cooked just how I like (medium) and the chili rub really added a kick without overpowering the flavor of the steak. The cajun butter was added on the side so I could add as much or as little as I wanted. Adding just a dab to the steak as I was eating really enhanced the flavor without being too much. It really was a nice balance of flavor and spice. If you do not like a bit of heat, you should stick with the regular ribeye. 5/5 The loaded garlic mashed potatoes were spectacular! The potatoes were creamy and flavorful. The bacon bits added gave the dish a nice crunch to add texture. There were no chunks of unmashed potatoes to be found. They were so good, the people next to me ordered some for themselves. 5/5 For dessert, I had the chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream and a raspberry coolie. The cake was a huge piece of 5-layer chocolate cake with a chocolate icing. This is a chocolate lovers dream. It was served warm. The texture was very soft where the cake just melted in my mouth. When adding on the ice cream, it gave a nice mixture of flavors that were dancing on my tongue. The raspberry coolie didn't really add anything for me but it didn't take away from the dish either. 5/5 This was one of the best meals that I have had here. If you have a special event coming up or are just looking for somewhere to have a nice meal, this place should be near the top of the list.

We visited to celebrate a special occasion. In the past, they added a few extra touches for celebrations like confetti or a complimentary dessert, but it seems those perks are no longer offered. I even asked, but no luck this time. Our server was excellent and handled our group’s different requests with patience. I mentioned that my mimosa was a bit too light on the champagne, and the manager personally stepped in to make a new one. It was much better the second time around. Specials are great, but they shouldn’t skimp on the bubbly! We ordered several appetizers to share. The wait was a little longer than expected, though everything arrived piping hot and nicely prepared. The onion rings had a great crunch, the deviled eggs were a crowd favorite, and I really enjoyed the Philly steak eggrolls. For the mains, my steak came out exactly how I wanted—grilled to perfection with that smoky flavor. Most of the table enjoyed their meals, although the smaller sirloin seemed a bit tough for the younger diner. Dessert included a personalized message, which was a nice touch. All in all, it’s one of the stronger choices in the area if you’re looking for steak. The team does their best to make sure customers leave satisfied. Just keep in mind parking can be tricky, though there is a garage close by.

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is a polished spot that combines atmosphere, cocktails, and consistently well-executed dishes. Their bar program is excellent — cocktails are crafted with balance and precision, making them a standout reason to visit. On the menu, the Lobster Fondue Salmon is my personal favorite: tender, perfectly grilled salmon elevated by a rich, flavorful lobster fondue that makes the dish both indulgent and memorable. The Grilled Shrimp and Strawberry Salad is another highlight — fresh, vibrant, and a lighter complement to the heartier entrées. The setting is warm and stylish, with the signature wood-fired flavors running through much of the menu. Service tends to match the quality of the food, creating a reliable, elevated dining experience. Firebirds delivers both substance and style — whether you come for cocktails, seafood, or wood-grilled favorites, it’s a restaurant that makes the evening feel a little more special.
