Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Our first time here and it was an amazing experience. Our server Ryan McKelvy was honestly top notch. I haven’t had genuine amazing service like this in years living in Nashville. He’s a super star and cares about his customers. The manager on duty was also fantastic and very attentive. Food was wonderful as well.

Sharkiya was a wonderful server. She was definitely on top of things from making us feel welcome to her knowledge of the menu. Racheal was very sweet and went out of her way to make our anniversary celebration a lot more special, thank you for some of the best service I’ve ever received.

We both got the roasted garlic sirloin with mashed potatoes, and neither of us were blown away. We've dined at a different Firebirds before, getting the same thing, and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, at our visit to this location, the steaks were lacking in texture and flavor. Their was minimal crust on the steak, so butter was the primary flavor. The laxk of crust also made for a floppy piece of meat and not just because of the level of doneness. The mashed potatoes were somewhat clumpy and not very buttery.
