We were new to the area and wanted to find a protein shake location. We met the owner and she was absolutely amazing. Very insightful and caring. She broke down the menu and the benefits to each product available. We were excited to hear they carried plantbased protein. They also have teas with the choice of aloe. The shop is very clean and organized with a festive feel. The music was at a relaxing level and the customer service was exceptional. Shakes my family tried: French Vanilla Peanut Cookie Queen Mary Protein cookies/cupcakes are offered as well. There is a cute sitting area and counter seating options. Kids drink menu available as well.

Seriously LOVE this place!!! I delivered here a few months ago and instantly fell in love!! Carolina (the owner) is sooo amazing as well! She’s so sweet and makes the vibes 10x better . Very informative and smart! She’s so incredible and i’m so glad i met her and found this place!! Also you will see amazing results drinking these shakes, TRUST me. And not only are they amazing for you but they taste just as good :) 10/10 all around and it’s definitely a huge part of my fitness journey. I recommend everyone goes at least once and you will instantly fall in love.

Carolina at FiredUp Nutrition is such a great person. Her attitude about life, health, and the importance of good nutrition is a HUGE reason I keep coming back!
