Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

First Watch was definitely the right choice for our breakfast! We had an early drop off at the airport and no one was ready to eat at that time! After drop off, we were ready, so we search for open restaurants and landed at First Watch. We had zero wait to be seated. Our food was set before us quite promptly and the service was attentive without being overbearing. The plate presentation was above-par and I didn't hear a single complaint! We will definitely be visiting again.

The service was exceptional—my server was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. Every detail felt thoughtfully handled. As for the food, it was simply excellent. I started with the coffe3, which was the perfect temperature. For the main course, I tried the French toast, bacon & potatoes and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time—fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous without being overwhelming. It came with warm syrup and a healthy scoop of butter also. My only complaint is that it is a little pricey.

We stopped here on our way to Fayetteville for bridge day. I’m so glad we included this restaurant in our trip. Our server was very friendly and gave us great service. I had coffee, the special menu sandwich of maple bacon, sausage, egg, cheese, jalapeño and jam. It was so delicious! It was served with skilled potatoes cooked perfectly and I ordered the pumpkins spice doughnuts served with icing and caramel. Everything was absolutely delicious. My husband got some chicken breakfast tacos with black beans and enjoyed them. Thanks for the great food!
