The drinks were excellent and came out quickly. Our server was friendly and did an okay job checking in; slightly more frequent refills would have improved things. One of the best places for breakfast or brunch. I observed that the menu options slightly change based on tbe season. New options are added. There was '2 for you' option for few items under a category. I prefer small portions so went ahead with it (You could choose salad or soup) So i've received half portion of usual qty of soup and half portion of sandwhich. Market veggie - 8/10 Soup(Broccoli cheddar) - 9/10 My all time fav pancake: Banana walnut - 9/10 Season special: Strawberry tresLeches French toast.

I tried the hotcakes and wow—they were super tasty. It was an NFL weekend, so the place was crowded, but we still received solid, attentive service and managed to get a good spot to dine. Lively atmosphere, good food, and no chaos—always a win.
