First Watch delivered a great breakfast experience. The food was excellent and clearly made with care, and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Our server was extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Between the quality of the food and the overall vibe, this is easily a spot I’d come back to again.

Absolutely terrible experience at First Watch in Miami Lakes. We waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged by the hostess. We specifically requested to sit outside, and there were only TWO tables seated on the entire patio — so it clearly wasn’t busy. After being seated, two different waiters came outside to serve their assigned tables. Not one of them bothered to greet us, offer water, or even hand us a menu. I requested a waiter TWICE during 15 minutes of sitting there, and everyone just kept walking by as if we didn’t exist. After 20 minutes of waiting just to order, we decided to leave. This is basic customer service — greet your guests, offer water, acknowledge them. Completely unacceptable. Horrible customer service. Will not be returning

We went to First Watch, Miami Lakes, to celebrate 🥳 our son's 15th birthday 🎂. We had a great time. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Shout out to our server Amber Garcia for her excellent service 👏 🙌.
